We are growing our contract manufacturing and white-label division, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Associate to join our pioneering team.

Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will lead B2B account management efforts, helping Tadhana secure manufacturing and white-label contracts with businesses across the Philippines and Asia. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth execution of deals from first contact to contract signing.

You will also support our retail and marketing team during sales events and pop-ups, and assist with social media content and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Sales & Account Management (Primary Focus – 70%)
  • Prospect, qualify, and close B2B clients for contract manufacturing or white-label perfumery solutions
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with brand founders, procurement heads, and key decision-makers
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, product presentations, and quotations
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, regulatory, and creative) to meet client requirements
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and regular sales reporting
  • Track competitor activity and market trends
2. Sales Support: Bazaars, Events, Retail (20%)
  • Represent Tadhana at pop-ups, trade fairs, and brand activations
  • Assist customers in product selection and educate them about fragrance stories and product benefits
  • Achieve sales targets during events and retail periods
  • Set up booths, maintain brand display, and ensure excellent customer experience
3. Customer Service & Social Media Assistance (10%)
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social platforms with brand-aligned tone
  • Support the marketing team by helping plan and schedule posts, collect photo/video content during events, and monitor engagement
  • Track and flag customer feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development (experience in beauty, lifestyle, or manufacturing is a plus)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and creative environments
  • Passion for local brands, fragrance, beauty, or product development is a plus
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and event coverage

QA/QC Officer (Fragrance Manufacturing)

To support our growing production capabilities, we’re hiring a QA/QC Officer who will ensure all products meet internal quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements of the Philippine FDA and global markets.

Role Overview

The QA/QC Officer will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality control systems in fragrance manufacturing. This role ensures that all raw materials, in-process blends, and final products meet safety, stability, and quality standards. The officer will also lead documentation, inspection, and internal/external audit processes to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and local as well as international regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance (QA)
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across production and fulfillment areas
  • Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are strictly followed on the production floor
  • Conduct internal audits and lead continuous improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with production to resolve non-conformance or deviations
  • Lead batch record reviews, COA generation, and release documentation
  • Prepare regulatory documentation and ensure readiness for FDA or DENR inspections
2. Quality Control (QC)
  • Inspect raw materials, bulk goods, packaging, and finished products against specifications
  • Perform basic lab testing (e.g., pH, visual inspection, stability) and coordinate external lab testing as needed
  • Conduct sample retention and shelf-life monitoring
  • Monitor and document environmental and equipment conditions in production areas
  • Maintain calibration and cleaning records of lab and testing equipment
3. Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain up-to-date batch production records, inspection logs, and quality certificates
  • Assist in regulatory compliance and licensing updates (FDA notifications, product listings, etc.)
  • Support the development of product technical files for white-label and export clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in cosmetics, food, pharma, or chemical manufacturing
  • Familiarity with Philippine FDA regulations, GMP standards, and documentation practices
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in spotting and solving issues
  • Passion for fragrance, product development, or local manufacturing is a plus
  • Must be willing to work on-site in a lab/production facility
